Welcome to OZ YUU TOURS (ozyuutours.com.au). By making a booking or purchase through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Information
OZ YUU TOURS acts as an authorised reseller and booking agent for a variety of tour operators, attractions, and transport services. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
2. Booking Policy

Reservation Only: All bookings made on our website are reservations only, not instant confirmations.

Processing Time: Bookings can only be made for travel dates from three (3) calendar days after the date of booking.

Earlier Bookings: If you wish to travel within 3 days, please contact our customer service team directly before placing your order. We will do our best to assist based on availability.

Confirmation: A booking confirmation or voucher will be sent to your registered email once your booking has been processed and confirmed by our team or the relevant supplier.

Unsuccessful Bookings: If a booking cannot be confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

OZ YUU TOURS reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes by suppliers, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations.
4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure or activity date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or in the case of no-shows, will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.

Some products and experiences may have stricter cancellation conditions as set by the supplier. Please refer to your confirmation voucher for details.

Puffing Billy Stream Train tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
5. Supplier Terms
our, attraction, or activity is operated by a third-party supplier. Your participation in these services is governed by their own safety, operational, and liability policies.
OZ YUU TOURS is not responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations caused by the supplier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as illness, cancellation, or lost property.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While OZ YUU TOURS makes every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability of information, we are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, delays, or expenses resulting from events beyond our control.
Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
By using our website or making a booking, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
10. Amendments
OZ YUU TOURS reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly before making a booking or purchase.
11. Force Majeure
OZ YUU TOURS and its suppliers are not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic, war, terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or technical failures.
In the event of a Force Majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule your booking where possible. However, refunds or compensation will be subject to the policies of the respective suppliers.
12. Special Requests
If you have any special requests such as dietary needs, accessibility requirements, hotel pickups, or other personal preferences, please inform us at the time of booking.
While we will forward all reasonable requests to the relevant supplier, OZ YUU TOURS cannot guarantee that such requests will be fulfilled.
No liability will be accepted for requests that are not confirmed in writing prior to travel.
13. Conduct
All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner toward other passengers, tour guides, drivers, and local communities during their trip.
OZ YUU TOURS and its suppliers reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or negatively affects the enjoyment or safety of others.
No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases, and any costs incurred as a result of removal will be the responsibility of the traveler.
14. Complaints
We value your feedback and aim to provide the best possible service.
If you have any concerns or complaints regarding your booking or travel experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tour or activity date, including your booking reference and relevant details.
