16 Night Vietnam & Laos Tour

Upon arrive Ho Chi Minh airport, our driver will pick up and transfer to hotel for check in. Enjoy welcome drink while doing the check-in, the rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

Night 1: Overnight in hotel in Ho Chi Minh

7.30-7.50: meet our tour guide at your hotel

Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields.

On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by locals.

Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories.

Night 2: Overnight hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

07:30: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and then start drive to Cu Chi which located 60km from HCM city, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti-American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for Original tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.

The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, When Cu Chi was” A Free Target Zone “. The remnants visitors will see show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there and visitors will see the remnants.

Night 3: Overnight in hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Have breakfast at hotel then free and easy until our driver come to drop off airport. Pick up time: 2-2.5 hours before departure time. Have a flight to Danang.

Night 4: Overnight in hotel in Da Nang

Night 5: Overnight in hotel in Da Nang

Monkey Mountain, also known as Son Tra, which is home to the beautiful, marble statue of the Lady Buddha that can be seen from all along the Da Nang beach front. On this tour we will take you to look at this pagoda where local people regularly come to pray. Here you can enjoy the serenity of this sacred place as well as the beautiful view of the Da Nang coastline.

After tour You will enjoy lunch in the home of a local family. During the tour you will also be able to meet local people who will welcome you and you will have a chance to speak to them. This will be a unique opportunity to learn about the real Vietnam and the country’s customs.

8:00 am – 9:30 am -Pick you up at hotel then Depart for Marble Mountains. Here you will discover many caves and marvel at their varied beauty and uses. The Buddhist pagodas add more interest and the visit to the traditional marble carving village gives the opportunity to buy some souvenirs if you like.

11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Leaving Marble Mountains for Monkey Mountain. During your time at Monkey Mountain you will learn about its history .There will also be plenty of time for photos.

12:30 pm – 13:30 pm: Leaving Monkey Mountain for lunch. You will enjoy lunch.

14:00 pm: Transfer to hotel in Hoian.

Night 6: Overnight in hotel in Hoi An

Enjoy breakfast at hotel, the rest of the day is spent at your leisure. You can enjoy peacefulness of Hoi An ancient port town – great combination of Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese Culture or you can visit An Bang or Cua Dai (which is 10 km away from Hoi An town).

Night 7: Overnight in hotel in Hoian

8:00am : The bus and tour guide pick you up at your hotel.

8:30: Leaving Hoi An for My Son HolyLand.

9:30: Arriving in My Son – the Holyland surrounded by the marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoi An. My Son was chosen as a religious center, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham. Spend 2 hours to enjoy and discover the beauty of Ancient buildings at of the Champa Kingdom with our tour guide.

12.00: Leaving My Son for boat station and taking a boat trip on Thu Bon river.

You could visit the living of the local people and feeling the fresh air. You will have soft lunch, then get boat trip visit Thu Bon river, stopping for visiting at Kim Bong Carpentry Village – The traditional work village.

14:30: The boat trip will finish at Boat station and transfer back to your hotel in Hoi An.

Night 8: Overnight in hotel in Hoi An

Enjoy breakfast at hotel. You will have some free time until our driver transport to Da Nang airport to take flight to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi airport and transfer to hotel for check in. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure

Night 9: Overnight hotel in Hanoi

07:45: Picking up from your Hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

08:15: Starting drive to Ninh Binh Province

10:00: Arriving at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital

10:15: Visiting King Dinh and King Le’s temples.

11:30: Arriving in Tam Coc Wharf.

11:45: Having buffet lunch with Vietnamese Cuisine.

13:00: Getting on Sampan boats through caves and visiting countryside landscape

15:00: Back to Tam Coc Wharf to chill out.

15:15: Biking to country road around the village

16:00: Getting on shuttle bus to go back to Hanoi

18:30: Our guide says goodbye to you at your hotel.

Night 10: Overnight in hotel in Ha Noi

7:45-8:15am: Our guide will meet you at your hotel. The shuttle bus or private car pick up. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta.

12:00 – 12:30 Arriving Tuan Chau Marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Meet the captain, crew and join us for welcome drink as we tell you about life onboard.

12:30: Check in your cabin. Time to refresh.

13:00: Served a delectable lunch while cruising ahead to Ha Long Bay

14:00: Explore the Surprising Cave – the most beautiful cave in Ha long Bay. It is one of the widest grottoes in Ha Long Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.

15:30 visit the Titop Island – swimming Climbing up to the Top of the Island – take the best view of Halong Bay Continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoy beautiful seascape on the way.

18:00: Enjoy the Sunset Party on sundeck.

19:00 Dinner is served.

20:00 Socialize with other guests or just laze around

Night 11: Overnight on Cruises

6:30 – 6:45 Do Tai Chi or a photo hunt

7:00 Have breakfast on board while the boat starts cruising to the Natural Preservation Zone.

8:00 Kayaking to explore around the area or visit a floating house and learn about the daily life of the local fishermen who live there.

9:00 We board the cruise again .Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in luggage store.

10:00 Join in the Cooking Class, teaching you how to make our specifically (Spring rolls) before an early lunch is served.

11: 30 – 12:00 Disembark at the harbor, Tuan Chau Marina.

17:00 Arrival back at your hotel in Hanoi

Night 12: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

TEnjoy breakfast at hotel. You will have some free time until our driver transport to Noi Bai airport to take flight to Laos. Arrive in Laos airport and transfer to hotel for check in. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure

Night 13: Overnight hotel in Luang Prabang

In the morning, transfer to the pier and take a long-tailed boat for an upstream cruise.

During the cruise, you will be treated a stunning of nature along the river. From the distance

you can see limestone cliffs where the hidden Pak Ou Caves are located. The cave is home

to thousands of Buddha statues which make the region a revered one. Take your time to

explore numerous images hidden in the cave.

Then, make your way back to the city. En-route, stop to visit Ban Xang Hai village to learn

more about the making process of the traditional Lao rice whisky. It is a great chance to

taste its unique flavor. Move onto Ban Xang Khong village- famous for its wood paper and

Lao silk weaving.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Afterwards, we head to Kuang Sy Falls a stunning turquoise waterfall. On the way, you will

pass through rice fields and beautiful small villages dotted along country road. Make a stop

at some of the villages. Take a fresh swim to refresh yourself in many basins.

The balance of day is free at leisure. Dinner on your own.

Night 14: Overnight hotel in Luang Prabang

After breakfast, start your visit to the Royal Palace, which is now a National Museum and houses the precious exhibits that used to be possessions of the former Laos Royal family. (Open from 8:30am to 11.30am and from 1.30pm to 3.30pm daily except on Tuesdays) Continue with the exploration of the main Buddhist temples of Luang Prabang including; Wat Visoun, a 16th century temple which serves as a small museum for religious artifacts; Wat Aham, built in the early 19th century temple and Wat Xiengthong, a 16th century temple which epitomizes all the elegance and grace of Luang Prabang architecture. Take the opportunity to interact with the monks at the Wat Mai temple before ending the day with a climb of 328 steps to the top of Phousi Hill. Where you can watch the sun set over Luang Prabang town and the two rivers and forested hills which form its natural borders. Free time in the afternoon.

This day you are free to visit Luang Prabang and buy souvenirs until transfer to airport for your flight back home. Trip ends.
