If you wish to make any changes, please notify us at least 48 hours before departure.

What is our cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility
This promotion applies to customers who book two tours at the same time. A complimentary Melbourne City Tour valued at AUD $89 will be provided as a bonus.
Cancellation of Main Tours
If either of the two main tours is cancelled, the complimentary offer will be void.
If the complimentary city tour has already been used or booked, its retail value (AUD $89) will be deducted from any applicable refund.
If both main tours are cancelled, the standard cancellation terms for each tour will apply, and the complimentary tour will not be retained.
Cancellation or Reschedule of Complimentary Tour
The complimentary city tour is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Date changes are permitted at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
Unused Complimentary Tour
Failure to use the complimentary city tour within the designated validity period will be considered as forfeited, and no compensation or refund will be provided.
